Late Registration Fee:
Registrations received after September 10, 2007 will be considered late and a late fee of $50.00 will be added. Based on space available.
Cancellation Policy:
OkHIMA’s reimbursement policy applies to all registrants. A full refund will be given if cancellation occurs three or more days prior to the meeting. If the cancellation occurs after that a $25.00 processing fee will be applied. If there is no cancellation and the registrant is a no show, there is no reimbursement unless otherwise directed by the Board of Directors.
