EHR and the Legal Health Record – AHIMA audiotape
OkHIMA Regional Networking meetings are scheduled to provide HIM professionals with opportunities to network with members at the grassroots level to discuss issues important to the State and Local Regions. These meetings are also an economical source for CE. A minimal charge of $15.00 per person is charged to cover the handouts, CD, refreshments, postage etc. The fee can be paid at the door on the day of the meeting. (Checks payable to OkHIMA.)

Program Agenda: EHR and the Legal Health Record – AHIMA audiotape. Understand the issues of defining and maintaining a legal health record in paper, hybrid and electronic formats.

Two (2) continuing education hours will be provided for attendance at the meeting. Please RSVP to the contact person listed below for the date/facility you plan to attend at least 3 days prior to the meeting date. Note the date/time of the meeting will vary by site.
