The Oklahoma Health Information and The Law Manual has been revised according to the 2005 statutes and regulations. In this revision, we have included more regulatory notations in the appendices to better assist your research when faced with legal issues impacting health records in Oklahoma.

This year we have elected to produce the more cost effective CD version only as a means to keep our costs low to our membership. You will be able to print on demand any chapters, regulations or references as needed.

The 2005 Update to the legal manual impacted Chapters 1, 3, 8, 11, 23 and 31 specifically as well as the adding many statutes and regulations to the appendices which were not included in previous releases. Having all these resources in one place makes this manual an invaluable tool for everyday HIM operations in Oklahoma.
