Need help understanding the new Breach Notification or the recent Mega Rule?
The OkHIMA is presenting a workshop on the HIPAA Omnibus Rule finalized on January 25, 2013, and modifies the Privacy, Security, Enforcement and Breach Notification rules under HITECH, GINA and HIPAA. This timely workshop will be held at the Oklahoma Hospital Association on April 23rd from 08:30 AM – 1:30 PM. Presenters will be Karen Rieger and Cori Loomis, Attorneys at Law, Crowe and Dunlevy

Payment Policy: Only check, money order, or Credit Card will be accepted for registration and materials at OkHIMA educational sessions. OkHIMA will not bill any employer, agency or accept purchase orders for payment. Any received will be returned. Registration is fully transferable to another registrant within the same organization should the original purchaser be unable to attend.
Refund Policy: For cancellation prior to event, it is a full refund minus $25.00 processing fee per registrant. If participant does not cancel and are a “no show” at the meeting, there is no reimbursement, unless otherwise directed by the Board. A cancellation must be requested within five (5) working days from the first day of the conference. If the program or event is canceled due to an act of nature, the registration will be fully refunded
