- Assigns diagnostic and procedures codes to inpatient and outpatient surgery records in accordance with established procedures and coding guidelines using ICD-9 coding schemes.

CODER II – Inpatient
- To join our rapidly expanding, progressive hospital, you need 2 years of training or formal education beyond high school including coursework in Anatomy and Physiology, Medical Terminology, Medical Disease Process Course, CPT-4 and ICD-9-CM.

CCS, RHIA, RHIT required
Coding Specialist and Consultants
- HCS division staff in the role of Coding Specialist will travel to hospital facilities as needed to provide a wide range of clinical coding, abstracting and auditing services for a variety of healthcare settings including hospital inpatients, hospital outpatients, emergency departments, reference labs, physician practices and professional medical services.
E/M - Urgent Care Coder
- Medical coding and data entry for MedEx Urgent Care.
Inpatient Coder
- Code and abstract inpatient charts using 3M
Inpatient/Outpatient Coder
- Responsible for coding and abstracting using 3M.
Medical Coder
- LTAC Coder, F/T, RHIA/RHIT, or LTAC experience required.
