Act Now to Address Prior Authorization

The U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) and Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) have proposed a rule that closely aligns with the Improving Seniors’ Timely Access to Care Act. The authors of this legislation have launched House and Senate sign-on letters to urge the agency to finalize the proposed rule.
